I haven't found ProGrade SD cards to be as reliable as I'd hoped. I regretted switching from Lexar after I experienced a card failure during a crucial shoot. Thankfully, I had a backup card on hand, so I managed to navigate through that situation. However, what truly disappointed me was ProGrade's customer service. I invested about $350 in their card, slightly more than what I used to spend on Lexar, assuming that the additional cost would guarantee superior service should any issues arise. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
I've reached out to their customer support multiple times. Their responses have either been non-existent or frustratingly repetitive, asking for receipts over and over, despite me sending them the legitimate ones from B&H each time. Comparatively, when I faced a similar issue with Lexar, they promptly sent a replacement card with no hassle. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend ProGrade.
