The UHS-II SDXC V60 Memory Card from ProGrade Digital features a storage capacity of up to 1TB per card and takes advantage of the UHS-II bus to support maximum read speeds of 250 MB/s and maximum write speeds of 130 MB/s. This SD card has also been designed with the V60 Video Speed Class rating, which guarantees minimum write speeds of at least 60 MB/s, allowing the memory card to be used in DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, camcorders, and digital cinema cameras to produce 4K, UHD 4K, 3D, Full HD, and high bit rate MPEG-4 video. It is also well suited for raw photos and rapid-fire bursts.

UHS-II memory cards achieve their speed through an extra row of pins and while this SDXC card has been designed for cameras that are UHS-II / V60 compatible, it may be used in devices that do not support UHS-II / V60. However, bear in mind that this card will then default to your device's speed class and bus rating, such as UHS-II and V30, which supports minimum write speeds of 30 MB/s, or UHS-I and U3, which also supports minimum write speeds of 30 MB/s. If your device does not support U3, this SD card is compatible with the U1 and Class 10 standards, each of which guarantee minimum write speeds of 10 MB/s.

Built for extreme conditions, ProGrade Digital's UHS-II SDXC Memory Cards are able to withstand temperatures from -13 to 185°F, allowing you to take this card with you into extreme environments, such as snow and deserts. It is also X-ray proof and shockproof, and a built-in write protect switch helps to safeguard your content from being erased.

I haven't found ProGrade SD cards to be as reliable as I'd hoped. I regretted switching from Lexar after I experienced a card failure during a crucial shoot. Thankfully, I had a backup card on hand, so I managed to navigate through that situation. However, what truly disappointed me was ProGrade's customer service. I invested about $350 in their card, slightly more than what I used to spend on Lexar, assuming that the additional cost would guarantee superior service should any issues arise. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I've reached out to their customer support multiple times. Their responses have either been non-existent or frustratingly repetitive, asking for receipts over and over, despite me sending them the legitimate ones from B&H each time. Comparatively, when I faced a similar issue with Lexar, they promptly sent a replacement card with no hassle. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend ProGrade.

What is the SDXC card?

What is UHS-I VS UHS-II?

As far as physical differences between the cards, UHS-I cards have one row of pins on the back of the card and UHS-II cards have two rows. ProGrade Digital only manufactures UHS-II cards.

What is the difference between SDXC V60 and SDXC V90 SD Cards?

To understand the difference between V60 and V90 SD Cards, just remember that a V60 card is tested to have a minimum sustained write speed of at least 60MB/s while a V90 card has a minimum sustained write speed of at least 90MB/s.
